Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Break up sausage in skillet; brown with chopped onion.
    Don't pour off grease.
    While sausage and onion are cooking, cook macaroni and drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
    An option is to sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in oven just long enough for cheese to melt.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
    Serve hot.
