Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. white flour
    6 c. rye flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Add milk, oil, salt and sugar.
    Add white and rye flour.
    Put on floured board and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise. Punch down once and let rise again.
    Divide for four loaves and knead.
    Put in greased bread pans.
    Put oil on top of each loaf. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
