Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. hot milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. butter

Preparation

Beat egg until light.
Add sugar gradually, then stir in vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Sift together, then add boiling milk in which butter has been melted, stirring all the time with rotary beater.
Put in shallow greased and floured pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
When cake is cool, frost with following icing.
