Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/4 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces.
    Salt and pepper the pieces.
    Roll the pieces in flour.
    Brown them in hot fat in a heavy frying pan. Add water and cover the pan.
    Simmer the meat until it is tender.
