Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. carrot pulp (13 to 14 carrots)
3 eggs
1 tsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Grease mold and cook in a pan of water at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
Fill center with creamed peas or lima beans.
