Whole Wheat Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place a muffin pan with 12 three-inch cups in oven.
    Heat to 450\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, place flour and salt, slowly adding milk to flour while beating.
    Add eggs and beat at medium speed 3 minutes.
    Remove hot muffin pan and butter quickly.
    Fill with batter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
    Brush with melted butter and serve piping hot.
