Low-Fat Orange Chocolate Chip Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3 c. all-purpose biscuit baking mix
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg and orange peel in a small bowl.
    Place baking mix in medium mixing bowl.
    Stir milk mixture into baking mix, beating until well combined, about 1 minute.
    Stir in mini chocolate chips.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Cool. Slice and serve.
    Makes 16 servings.
