Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn bread
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    broccoli flowerets, about 1 c., cooked
    tomato wedges, about 1 c.
Preparation
    Bake corn bread according to directions.
    Cool and crumble in bowl.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Spread salad dressing or mayonnaise on top.
    Stir carefully just before serving.
    Cheese can also be added.
    This makes a filling and colorful luncheon dish.
