Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cranberries
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tsp. creme de caccio or Port
2 tsp. dark rum or sweet sherry
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Remove any twigs and shrivelled berries.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
Chill.
Lasts for 1 month in the fridge, longer if frozen.
