Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    2 oz. pepperoni, chopped
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. canned diced jalapeno peppers
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Chop pepperoni and red pepper.
    Grate cheese.
    Mix together.
    Fill mushrooms.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on High.
    Makes 4 servings.
