Lemon Baked Chicken For 100(1 Piece Each) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

45 lb. chicken (8 piece cut)
1/3 c. paprika
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salt
3 lb. all-purpose flour
2 c. lemon juice
3 c. honey
5 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Wash chicken under running water.
Drain.
Combine paprika, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle over chicken.
Let stand 1/2 hour. Dredge chicken in flour.
Combine lemon juice, honey and oil.
Set aside.
Grease baking sheet pan(s) with melted margarine.
Place chicken on pan skin side down.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Turn chicken over and pour lemon juice mixture over it. Do not cover.
Return to oven and bake additional 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
To serve 50, use half recipe.
Cooking time is the same.
