Finger Drumsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut off tips of wings; divide each wing in half.
Place on broiler rack.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix the other ingredients in saucepan, stirring until thick, about 3 minutes. Turn chicken over, spread with sauce and bake 30 minutes longer.
