Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    grated lemon peel from 1 lemon
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour loaf pan.
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs; blend.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (small pan) or 60 minutes (large pan).
