Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
4 large boneless chicken breast halves
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

At medium-high heat in 12-inch skillet add oil and place chicken breast, skin side down.
Sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Cook about 5 minutes until brown.
Turn chicken over, reduce heat and cook about 5 minutes more, until juices run clear when pierced with a knife.
