Low-Fat Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. apples, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs, stir in other ingredients.
    Add nuts and raisins if desired.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
