Stuffed Pork Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole pork tenderloin
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. spinach, squeezed dry
    12 slices bacon
Preparation
    Split pork tenderloin lengthwise and flatten out.
    Spread pork sausage over meat.
    Then put spinach down the middle.
    Roll up and put bacon around meat.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until done.
