Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes or 1 pkg. dried onion soup
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch with cold water (to make a white sauce)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. hot, seasoned, mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown seasoned hamburger with onion and green pepper, breaking meat up with a spoon.
    Drain.
    Dissolve bouillon or soup in the hot water.
    Pour over meat.
