Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until it thickens.
    Fold in apples, celery and walnuts.
    Spoon into 6 cup mold and chill about 4 hours.
