Chicken Biscuit Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can green peas, drained
    1 can carrots, drained
    1 can buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Melt margarine in iron skillet. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk and broth, stirring until bubbly. Add chicken, onion, peas and carrots. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Top with biscuits. Cook in oven until biscuits are done.
