Wine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Duncan Hines yellow Deluxe cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 55 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly.
    Cool right side up for about 25 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
