Sour Cream Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock fillets
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix maple syrup, sour cream and lemon juice.
    Place haddock in baking dish and pour sour cream mix over.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
    Salt and pepper, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until fish is flaky.
