Gingered Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low fat cottage cheese
    1 sm. banana, cut up
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    milk
    fresh fruit dippers (such as apple wedges, kiwi slices, orange sections, melon strips)
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese, banana and ginger.
    Cover and process until smooth.
    Add enough milk (about 1 Tbsp.) to make the dip of desired consistency.
    Transfer to an airtight container, cover.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve with fruit dippers.
