Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples
sugar
water
lemon juice
cinnamon
Preparation

Cut apples into small pieces (leave peelings on) and put them in an electric frying pan.
Add little sugar and lemon juice to taste.
Cover apples with water.
Simmer until completely disintegrated.
Mash mixture with wooden spoon.
Add dash of cinnamon.
