Cottage Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1 c. lukewarm cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Let rise until doubled in a greased bowl.
Bake in a greased pan 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0. When done, spread on butter and sprinkle on salt.
