Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook
    raisins,\tsugar,\twater,\tsalt,
    butter and lemon juice for
    5
    minutes.
    (In
    microwave, just cook until boils really well.) Dissolve cornstarch in 3 tablespoons cold water and\tadd to\traisin mixture.
    Cook about 5 minutes (in microwave,
    until thick)
    until nice and thick;
    remove from heat. Add
    lemon extract.
    Pour
    into unbaked 10-inch pie shell and add
    top crust.
    Bake about 25 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until crust is
    nice
    and brown.
    Juice will bubble out top of pie through slits in top crust.
