Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
3 t. worcestershire sauce
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Preparation

Fry together the hamburger, onion, peppers and celery. Combine remaining ingredients and add the hamburger mixture. Simmer all together for at least 30 minutes. Serve hot on buttered round rolls. Serves 12-15.
