Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash, peel or scrape carrots and grate.
    Mix with bread crumbs.
    Beat
    eggs.
    Add
    milk,
    salt
    and
    melted butter and combine
    with
    carrots
    and bread crumbs.
    Fill a well-greased ring mold and set mold in pan of hot water.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) until
    firm.
    Turn
    mold
    onto hot dish and fill center with creamed fish of creamed eggs.
