Turkey Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. turkey, cooked
    1/2 c. chopped dry onion
    2 qt. broth
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dice meat or run through grinder.
    Heat meat, onion and part of broth.
    Make thickening with flour.
    Add to heated meat.
    Place a 16 dipper of meat mixture over crust.
    Fold over and seal edges with fork.
    Perforate with fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Pour gravy over, eat and enjoy!
