Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 onion, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. A. 1. steak sauce
    1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 potatoes, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown beef lightly in fat.
    Stir with fork to break up meat. Add onion, cook a few minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
