Everyday Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 green peppers
    2 onions
    fresh cloves garlic
    ginger root
    soy sauce
    steak or beef
    Velveeta cheese (optional)
Preparation
    All ingredients must be cut.
    Heat wok with oil.
    Add 2 or 3 tablespoons ginger root and garlic cloves.
    Brown.
    Add cut-up meat; broil real good.
    Add vegetables and 2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Stir constantly.
    Vegetables should be crisp (not overcooked).
    Add cheese (if using it) after veggies have cooked 2 or 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice or just plain.
