Steak Sticks Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    meat tenderizer
    6 to 8 slices lean bacon
    1/4 c. prepared mustard (yellow)
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 to 8 frankfurter rolls, split and toasted
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 to 8 strips (1-inch thick).
    Sprinkle with tenderizer.
    Wrap each with bacon; fasten with wooden picks.
    Stir together the mustard, juice and brown sugar; brush over steak sticks.
    Grill over hot coals about 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with additional mustard mixture.
    Remove wooden picks; serve on toasted buns.
    Serves 6 to 8.
