Plume-Moos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried prunes
1 c. dried raisins
1 c. sweet cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
water
Preparation

Cover dried fruit with water and cook until done. Cool slightly and add cream. Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour and stir in enough water to make a thin paste. Add to fruit and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Serve either hot or cold.
