Cheddar Cheese And Bacon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) tub Cheddar cheese spread
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced pimento
1/2 c. finely ground pecans
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and form a ball.
Chill until firm, then roll in nuts.
Cover and refrigerate.
Allow to reach room temperature before serving with crackers.
