Sweetheart Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg semi sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee granules
    1 tsp rum extract
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
    1 unbaked 9 - inch pastry shell (deep dish)
    Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add melted chocolate, coffee granules, and yum extract; mix well.
    Stir in flour and nuts.
    Pour mixture into pastry shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes; cool completely.
    Shill.
    Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
