Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn (24 c.) *
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    *Note:
    For best results, use a hot air corn popper to pop corn.
