Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 pkg. (large) or 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain well.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion; add to broccoli and put in casserole.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Melt butter or margarine and add to stuffing. Sprinkle on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
