Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can fruit pie filling
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Pour over the melted butter.
    Do not stir.
    Pour pie filling in middle of mixture but do not stir. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serve warm.
