Quick Trail Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large bag Fritos
1 large yellow onion
2 cans vegetable beef soup
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Pour oil into Dutch oven or large boiler.
Chop onion fine and place in pot.
Fry onions until brown.
Salt and pepper ground beef evenly and put in pot until beef browns.
Stir to mix with onions.
To browned beef, pour 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of water. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Take pot off fire and put on tight lid.
Let set for 20 minutes.
Serve over Fritos and enjoy. Feeds 4.
