Easy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, mashed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. poultry stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients, except for margarine and stuffing. Mix stuffing with melted butter.
    Add 1/2 of mixture to rest of ingredients.
    Pour into medium casserole dish.
    Put rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
