Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast.
    Add sugar, salt and egg.
    Mix with 2 cups flour with a rotary mixer.
    Add remaining flour by hand.
    This makes two cookie sheet pizzas or 3 round pizzas.
    It's a good dough to put in a couple of iron skillets for deep dish pizza.
    Brush pan and top of crust lightly with olive oil.
    Bake with all ingredients for 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
