Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash and drain mushrooms.
    Put in skillet.
    Add onion.
    Mix other ingredients; pour over mushrooms.
    Cover; bring to boiling point, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 to 6 minutes.
