Spinach Salad(Congealed Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. box chopped frozen spinach
    3 oz. box lemon gelatin (lemon flavored Jell-O)
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Put in colander to drain.
    Use paper towel to get all moisture out.
    Dissolve gelatin in the 3/4 cup hot water. Let cool.
    Add
    lemon juice.
    Mix onion, celery, cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
    Mix everything together with spinach and gelatin. Place in a large mold and chill.
