Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix Ricotta cheese, sugar and cream cheese.
After mixing, add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla, flour and sour cream.
Beat well. Bake in a buttered spring-form pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool for 1 hour and refrigerate.
