Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. fresh apples, peeled, cored and chopped (any type)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour, sifted 3 times
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl.
    Add apples and stir.
    Add nuts, flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Stir well.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan which has been greased and the bottom lined with waxed paper.
    Put cake into cold oven. Turn temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Turn oven on and bake 1 hour or until done.
    Ice with Penuche Icing.
