Mustardy Fried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut up the chicken breast in wedge style, like hot dogs.
    Wipe chicken breast with damp paper towel.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl, beat together the egg and mustard.
    In another separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in cheese mixture until evenly coated.
    Let this set for about 10 minutes.
    Saute chicken on both sides in heated oil or margarine for 10 to 20 minutes until tender.
