Strawberry-Banana Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry-banana Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
3 large bananas, mashed
1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple
4 oz. sour cream, drained
Preparation

Add boiling water to Jell-O and dissolve well. Add frozen strawberries and stir until separated.
Add mashed bananas and pineapple.
Mix well and refrigerate until thick, but not set. Pour half of the mixture into mold. Spread sour cream over. Add remaining Jell-O
on top. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
