Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham crust
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
2 c. cold milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla or lemon pie filling
Preparation

With wire whisk, beat cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk with sugar until smooth.
Stir in lemon peel and juice.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip.
Spread evenly into crust.
Press berries into cream cheese mixture, but reserve some for garnish.
