Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Put all casserole ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
