No Knead Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
In saucepan, add the water, milk and oil and heat until very warm; do not boil.
Mix with dry ingredients and add 1 beaten egg.
Mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in flour by hand.
Cover and let rise (about 1 hour).
Punch down and put in greased loaf pan.
Wet fingertips and smooth down. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
