Unbaked Fudge Cookies(24 To 30) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Start timing after the mixture reaches a full rolling boil.
    Remove from heat; add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and nuts, if used.
    Beat until blended, then drop on wax paper by teaspoonful.
    Coconut or dates may be added, if desired.
